Both 4 star Exmoor holiday cottages are furnished, equipped and maintained to a high standard. Upton Cottage sleeps 5 in three bedrooms (one double with en-suite loo, one twin and one single bedrooms)  plus cot. Stable Cottage sleeps 4 (one queen and one twin singles bedrooms) plus cot.

Each spacious, Exmoor self-catering cottage is fully centrally heated / double glazed with a gas-fired 'wood-burner' stove, colour TV / DVD, fully equipped kitchen including microwave (and integrated dishwasher / washing machine in Stable) and private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden.

Bed linen, towels (bath/hand/tea) and all heating / electricity costs.

Twin singles beds in either cottage can combine into 'super kings'.
